The Element® ZIPPER! model cabin functions as an excellent shelter. It will withstand wind up to 25mph if it’s installed correctly. You may choose to cruise with The Element® if installed according to the recommendations and when using all pad-eyes provided with the product.

WARRANTY
Each cabin goes through an inspection before packaging; the cabins were installed on an inspection bench, tested for any fabric flaw and potential sewing error as well as stress testing. We are confident that you will receive a high-quality product.
2-year warranty: Cabin’s canvas, clear vinyl, and aluminum frames
1-year warranty: all other parts and hardware such as straps, Velcro, etc

Care Instructions
The Element Instant Cabin (aka Bow Dodger ) is not a boat cover/bow cover, and therefore should not be used as such.
The Element cabin is a handmade item with extensive craftsmanship. To keep it in a satisfactory state, we advise to store your cabin clean and in dry condition, and in its provided case while it’s not in use.
It is okay to rinse the cabin from time to time. When doing so, rinse with cold water only. Use light detergent or boat soap if needed. Brush gently with a soft brush only if needed. Rinse off thoroughly. Cabin must fully dry before being placed in its case for storage. Do not use a washing machine or dryer.
MATERIALS
THE ELEMENT® is a fine product of quality workmanship; all stitches are double and reinforced. Velcro is installed on double fabric reinforcements. It takes 130 man-hours to construct each canopy.
THE ELEMENT® is built with 128 canvas panels as a 3D bubble-shaped puzzle.
We use high-quality materials; 100% marine woven acrylic canvas, marine Velcro, anodized aluminum frame. NO plastic hardware; all stainless steel and brass/nickel.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you receive it. Your item must be in the original packaging complete with all parts and accessories.
Your item must be accompanied by your receipt.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Purchase and Reverse Transaction fees
Credit Card, PayPal, or Debit card: 2.99% credit card purchase fee, and 2.99% for reverse transaction fee. Total 5.98%
Inspection / Restocking / Repackaging fee: 20%
Shipping
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping to the customer will be deducted from the total refund amount.
